So Fit Academy Curriculum

 

Karate MMA  Class Levels 1-4 Includes belt ranking system.

 

*Principles & Purpose- Training through martial arts to discover themselves and their true protentional. To use that to propel

further in life.

 

*Entitlement & Enrichment- Offering Summer Camp / Winter Camp / Group Outdoor Activities & Training

 

*Breadth & Balance - Stretching, Cardio, Katas, Gymnastics, Conditioning

 

*Teaching Narrative - Teaching is done in a firm, passionate, goal-oriented manner. Discipline and basics are taken into

consideration so that optimum results are met & excelled.

 

Resources- All training done in class, is recommended to be practiced at home. Basic training and stretching. 

 

Core difference between SO fit academy vs GFC- Hands on training, individual assessment of each student. Training is done with long term goals in sight, built on short term successes. 

 

Black Belt is achieved with years of rigorous and intense training. The rank is considered the highest rank to achieve in

Martial Arts thus the dedication and   

 

 

 

All Classes to include custom So Fit Warm Up

 

Grappling- Art of Submissions with a practical approach includes take downs and throws without Gi.

Boxing

 

MMA- Instruction to include all striking techniques, kicks, knees, elbows, punches, take downs, sweeps, throws, submission.

 

Boxing- Art of hitting and not getting hit. It involves only hand strikes, dodging and slipping punches by using and includes having great foot work and rhythm.

 

Kickboxing Muay Thai- All striking class to includes punches, kicks, knees, elbows, footwork with strength and conditioning.

 

Sparring- Working with a partner doing combination or going live and practicing techniques in a controlled environment with gear. 

 

Judo- Art of throwing using Gi's and sweeps. Also has a belt ranking system
